  1. I have been watching this since the early Spring when Yellen gave a speech about interest rates to a college audience. Wherein she said that the tipping point in the old algorithm of economic stimulus or inflation restraint was 2%, she believed the tipping point was 0%. A red light started to flash over my head, "She's prepping us for negative interest rates." I said.

      Where to place your money next so you do not pay the banks to hold your money !
      Also, to stay miles away of a "Bail-in" of the banks !
      Buying hard assets is one option.
